Bad Dudes. European Tour

Altin Village & Mine - AVM023

No fair, it‘s Bad Dudes. Originating in 2004 from the ashes of Costa Mesa weirdo rock outfit Miracle Chosuke, Bad Dudes picks up where Chosuke left off, expanding Chosuke‘s hyper-tech synth-punk into a totally unclassifiable sound. Sarah called it „Party Prog“...but that only covers a percentage of the ‚Dudes repetoire. Drawing from classic rock and roll (Led Zep/VU/Beatles/Stones), 70‘s prog (Zappa/Crimson/Yes), punk (Black Flag/Buzzcocks/Mission of Burma), and 80s & 90s synth stuff (Devo/Brainiac/Daft Punk), they will surprise you every time you see them, most likely at the Smell, where they can very often be seen and heard sharing the floor with locals The Mae Shi, Upsilon Acrux, No Age, Abe Vigoda, Health, Bipolar Bear and many other Smell-y youths. Also the‘ve played with The Fucking Champs, The Melvins, Big Business, Moving Units, Flying Luttenbachers, Mick Barr, and Antelope, if that means anything to you. Featuring ex-members of Miracle Chosuke, the Bad Dudes play prog-rock to the max. Their mathematics plot algorithms and triangulate the precise latitude and longitude of your ass, just so that they can kick it. These Basketball fanatics can sure show you a good time. Impressive dueling guitars, keys a la Zepplin, rawkus bass, and one of the best drummers we‘ve ever seen.
